In the summer of 2020, founder managed several apartments. When he rented out his own, he greeted guests with wine, parked their cars and began to imagine a new set of ideals around hospitality. The following year, he created a startup that compared passengers to empty student apartments. That startup became The Real Estate Inc.
Today, The Real Estate is an recognized hospitality brand. Headquartered in LA, CA, we offer studios, lofts, and apartments.
What started as a journey for a better stay has grown into a celebration of modern design and exceptional comfort. We work with quality architects and designers to create truly exceptional spaces - ones that transcend hospitality and enrich life. And we use technology to make those spaces accessible while bringing The Real Estate Inc.
